"This hotel is an excellent place to stay. I accidentally dropped my wallet after getting out of the taxi, and the staff quickly found and returned it, saving my vacation! The buffet breakfast was very good, and the pool was a lot of fun. The bed was comfortable, and Ayala Malls Manila Bay is nearby, which made shopping and dining very convenient.The hotel restaurant served top-quality dishes, and I recommend this hotel for both short and long stays."

"They do not have a spa at the hotel the AC in our room did not work, sweated all night, long even after calling maintenance. The room we booked did not have a window outside, dark all the time and very musty. Hot water to five minutes to get to the room. Did not enjoy this experience."
