"This is a well staffed and professionally operated property. Buffet breakfast with many options. Restaurant serves lunch and dinner. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Service and Wait staff also excellent.
My only complaint is that building is old and in need of some maintenance and upgrades. But having said that, I would happily return to this property."

"Apartamento bom, equipado, com cama confortável e chuveiro a gás bom. Tudo relativamente novo. Comunicação fácil com a equipe Charlie pelo WhatsApp, basta pedir ao robô para falar com atendente que te transferem na hora para atendimento humano. "Achei o quarto com um bom tamanho, muito limpo, chuveiro maravilhoso e localização boa. Porém TV não funcionou, máquina de café quebrada, a cozinha não tem utensílios direito (não tem nem copo kkk somente xícara). Falta administração! Acredito que deve ter hospedagem melhor pelo mesmo valor."

"I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good for me. The only thing I would change is having a coffee pot or at least some pour over equipment so you can make your own coffee. There is a gas stove to heat water, but no way to make coffee, although they provide coffee cups."

"The hotel was modern and very clean. The front desk staff and the concierge were amazing, they were very friendly and responsive.
The location is excellent, you have shopping right next to the hotel and there's another mall almost across the street.
The view from the room was great, I had a great view of Guaiba Lake.
We paid for valet parking and it was worth it, never a problem. Just park in front of the hotel and turn in your keys.
I highly recommend The DoubleTree Hotel in Porto Alegre. I will be staying there the next time I visit Porto Alegre,"
"Pillows were stained, and smelly, sheets had hair and room service was non existent, breakfast was always the same items, loud air conditioning. Also everyone hears everything outside the rooms due to poor insulation on walls. Overall a poor experience. "
