Hire bicycles, go fishing, play golf, stroll The Saxon Shore Way or explore the fascinating nature reserve at Rye Harbour. The golden sand dunes at Camber offer opportunities to have lessons in kite surfing, windsurfing or dinghy sailing. Or for the less energetic a gentle stroll with the sand between your toes! Winchelsea is another Cinque Port town and the beach below is a great place for shrimping when the tide is out, quite different with its shingle ridges and sense of space. It is never crowded!
