Liked the 'big sky' view from the french doors looking out over the river and fields at the edge of Rye town centre. Location is quiet and peaceful. Comfortable, compact flat with good wifi and everything being easy to use eg straightforward heating, tv and appliances. Designated parking space which is very useful in Rye, and a short stroll into town.

Ok stay for work.

Waterside was a good property let down by a couple of issues. The access is dreadful. Both access roads are potholed and in danger of causing damage to a visitors vehicle. There was also a water leak over the cooker hob. Twice the cooker hob and worktop were covered in water along with my food. It appears to come from the extract hood.

Rye in the Autumn!

Nice place, location was great but you need a torch when it is dark. Limited storage for clothing if staying more than a few days.
