"It's ok the fridge didn't work and I told them 3 time but no joy The best thing was the housekeeper Victoria she was so friendly and every morning asked how I was and do I need anything and the room spotless 5 star Thank you for making my stay"

"Great location, less than 10 minute walk from the Acropolis, and about 20 minute walk from the area where all restaurants and big shops are. Hotel was clean, breakfast was nice. We were told the things on the mini fridge were at cost, so we didn’t touch them, although many other reviews mentioned they are included with the stay. The pool is indeed small, with about 10 sun lounges and a couple of tables and chairs. My children were not permitted to play with the ball in the pool, so prevent splashing the other guests. Overall a very pleasant stay. If we find ourselves in Athens again, we will not hesitate to stay at this hotel."

"Cute little hotel conveniently located downtown near Monistiraki. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was top notch as they had a lot of options as well as made to order eggs. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. There was a day we had an early shuttle and they even brought us packed breakfast. I would definitely recommend!"

"We love the rooftop pool and bar/restaurant, the staff was friendly and helpful. The one thing that we preferred the hotel had was doors on the bathroom.. Well, there was a door where the toilet is there is no door where the shower is. Since we were traveling with our daughter, this was a little inconvenient."

"The room was modern and clean. Occasional drain smell from the slower was a little disappointing. Roof top pool and bar are nice but water in the pool could be cleaner. Staff are helpful but reception staff are incredibly slow and only one person to check in people, so when groups arrive it takes an age. Breakfast is good. Good location and lovely views of the Acropolis are. Overall an easy place to stay that's modern, will located and before from a roof pool. A few things could be improved to make it a 5 out of 5 review"

"The rooms were very spacious and bathrooms were clean. The A/C worked wonderfully for a European hotel, kept us chilly during the hot summer heatwave. The staff was very friendly and door staff held open the door for us every time we entered. Free breakfast was a very nice bonus as well. The restaurant in the hotel was also very good, convenient for days where we didn’t want to venture too far off for dinner."

"I recently traveled to Athens with my family. The Pinnacle at Athens was an amazing place to stay. We stayed in a suite which was perfect for my family with teenagers. The room was immaculate. The location of the hotel was just what we needed to explore the city as we were a few steps away from shopping and endless excellent restaurants. The view of the Acropolis lit up at night from the rooftop balcony was an added plus. The staff at The Pinnacle were nothing short of amazing. So kind, helpful and accommodating. They constantly reached out to make sure our stay was perfect. Would love to visit again someday."
