They had optional excursions, phenomenal location which is easily walkable to anywhere you would want to go. Lots of food within 5 minutes. His communication was excellent and gave us wonderful ideas of where to visit and places that we should see. Alexander even took time to help us book our boat tour of 3 Greek Islands.
