Villa Son Forteza was completely renovated in May 2023 after a change of ownership. The house features new furniture, modernised sanitary facilities, as well as thermal insulation in the roof and walls to ensure high living comfort throughout the year and improved energy efficiency.
The kitchen is equipped with an osmosis system for drinking water treatment. This allows using water without concerns for drinking and cooking, without the need to buy bottled water.
The villa is located on a 2,000 m² plot in the quiet residential area of Crestatx (Sa Pobla), surrounded by local vegetation and fruit trees. The well-maintained garden offers a private pool (9 3.5 m) just in front of the terrace. It is a saltwater pool without added chlorine, which is especially skin and eye-friendly and perceived as more pleasant and natural due to the reduced use of chemicals. Sunny areas and shaded spots invite relaxation.
The single-storey house offers separate access to each room. It has two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, mosquito nets and shutters. The kitchen, living area and dining room are flooded with light and offer a direct view of the pool and garden.
The plot is completely fenced. There are parking spaces next to the house, as well as a secure place to store bicycles.
The location is ideal: Palma can be reached in approximately 35 minutes via the Ma-13 motorway, Pollença is 8 km away, Alcúdia is 12 km away and Sa Pobla is just 5 minutes away. Beaches, restaurants and water activities such as windsurfing and kitesurfing are very close.

All guests over 16 years old staying in tourist apartments must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
Important note about electricity consumption:
Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.
A charge of 0.41 Eur/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, to be paid at the end of the stay.
A refundable deposit will be charged.
Parties are not allowed.
To comply with the law, an identity document will be requested from all guests before entering the house.
Please note that the gardener enters the exterior one or several times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
