Elegant holiday house with good pressure in the shower and comfy sunbeds. Four bedrooms for two people each, with private bathroom. what else could you need?I can tell you a few things:

I built this house myself and I took care of all the details for you. When I retire, I will move in. That's why it has a relaxing space, a wide kitchen ( I love to cook there) and a reading/working space with good wifi. I am nothing without my netflix on holidays.

When you arrive, I will welcome you and guide you through the house. The hot tub has it's tricks and I will be happy to tell you which bottons to push to get the best bubles. Im Katy, by the way. Nice to meet you.

ELEGANT FAMILY HOME WITH SPECTACULAR GARDENS AND EXTRAORDINARY VIEWS. IT HAS SPACIOUS AND BRIGHT ROOMS.
THE HOUSE HAS A HALL ,4 SUITE-BEDROOMS, STUDY, LIVING ROOM WITH A VIEW OF THE HEATED POOL AND A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN.
THE POOL IS CLIMATIZED ( HEATED) IN APRIL ,MAY, JUNE, OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER.IT`S QUITE BIG (10X5), POOL TOWELS ARE INCLUDED. THERE IS A HEATED JACUZZI .
IT IS SURROUNDED BY TERRACES, GARDENS AND BARBECUE.
IN THE BACK THERE IS A GARAGE.
ALSO HAS A PING-PONG AND BASKET.
THE ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA .YOU MUST PAY THE ELECTRICITY USED DURING YOUR STAY.(0.33 Euro/kw).

THERE IS A RATE (ECOTASA) OF 2.20EURO PER TOURISTOVER 16 YEARS OLD PER NIGHT

Perfect holiday in perfect place

From the pool to the kitchen everything that you need for a family holiday. Owner Katy was really helpful with information, location perfect, from beaches to towns. If we praise it too much it might not be available next time!

Wunderschöne Woche

Kathy ist eine hervorragende Vermieterin. Bei Ankunft erwartete uns eine riesige Obstschale, Wasser, Wein und Bier im Kühlschrank.Sie war immer erreichbar und beseitigte umgehend kleinere Mängel, wie z. B. ein defektes Schloss der Gästetoilette, Poolscheinwerfer und besorgte Sonnenschirme mit neuen Ständern.Das Grundstück ist gepflegt, Pool und Whirlpool werden wöchentlich gereinigt, die liegen sind hochwertig.Einziges Manko ist die Müllfrage, was allerdings an der Gemeinde liegt. Man muss täglich bestimmten sortierten Müll vors Haus stellen und am letzten Tag den Rest zu einer Sammelstelle fahren.Stromkosten lagen allerdings bei 105,- die Woche.Ansonsten waren wir vollkommen zufrieden und auch die Liebenswürdigkeit von Kathy verdient 5 Sterne.

Rund um alles super!!

Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt vor Ort und alles war wie beschrieben.Alles war sauber und funktionstüchtig. Wir kommen sicher wieder und können diese Unterkunft sowie die Gastgeberin nur empfehlen. :-)

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful family holiday here. The location is great if you have a car (not sure about without) - there is a local supermarket and restaurants a few minutes drive away and we visited Pollenca, Puerto Pollenca and Alcúdia easily on multiple days. Getting there from the airport was also very straightforward.The house itself is lovely, a very modern clean design and layout inside, and everything we needed outside for both kids and adults.Huge bonus was the heated pool, it allowed us to be in it every day at the start of April and made a big difference to the kids’ experience. Katy was really helpful and responsive both before we arrived, and once we were there, resolving a small issue very quickly and answering various questions.Would highly recommend!

Fabulous house ! Fabulous owner , very communicative NEED a car but so many beautiful places nearby

The house is much nicer than the photos even . Very high standard inside and everything you could wish for in the kitchen, garden and everywhere tbh . Very modern. Very clean and we had it beautifully wa for 10 days over Christmas ! Only one day without clear blue skies

Perfect family break!

Really well maintained property, perfect for family get away with adult kids and their partners, having 4 spacious bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. Excellent kitchen and living space. Outdoor areas were great with a lovey pool. Great communication from the owner Katy-Mary. Would definitely consider booking again.

A fantastic week

We came as two separate family’s and the place was perfect. All of the rooms are a great size with really good bathrooms. The place was immaculate and really well stocked, the pool was warm and we spent most of our days in it. It was easy access by car in to Alcudia and a nearby waterpark so we had a nice time exploring and then coming back to relax at the villa. We couldn’t fault it. Katy was always on hand to help if needed too. We would love to come back again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic stay - fantastic host.

We had 22 days here in August and wish it had been longer. The villa is simply stunning - and was even better than we expected. All the rooms were great and had en suites. All were lovely and clean and with plenty of storage space. We had a few different family and friends stay over the holiday who all had a fantastic time. There was plenty of equipment to cook with when we are in and we were only 15 mins from Alcudia or Pollença if we wanted to go out so the location is perfect. You’re only five minutes from several supermarkets in Sa Pobla for supplies Katy Mary was a fantastic host who was always only a text message away if we had a question or needed help. The pool and hot tub are great and regularly cleaned. There’s also a games area in the garage for the kids to enjoy. We will hopefully be returning someday!

Wunderschöne große Villa

Wir haben wunderschöne, erholsame Tage in dieser schönen modernen Villa verbracht und der große Pool wurde sehr gern und fast rund um die Uhr genutzt 😂. Die Villa ist groß und total stylisch und die Zimmeraufteilung optimal. Die Gastgeberin sehr nett und immer schnell erreichbar, wenn es Fragen gab. Excellent Villa - perfect for a family

Perfect villa for our family holiday - spacious, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The pool is ideal for young children under supervision as there is a large shallow area where they can happily play. The pictures truly reflect what you get - the best villa we have stayed in and will return. The owner is on hand when you need her.

Nice villa, well equipped suitable for group of friends or a family

We really enjoyed our stay in this property as a group of 7 friends looking for a quiet and more private get away compared to a hotel stay. There are four almost equally sized rooms which all come with a fully equipped bathroom. The kitchen area holds the majority of items you will most likely use during a 7-14 days stay. What we would loved to have read before: the outside area is also really beautiful and comes with plenty of opportunities to play table soccer/basketball etc. There are also additional pool toys available. Lastly, note there are a lot of mosquitos. Supermarkets are close by. Beach by car in around 20 min. All in all really great property to spend time with friends and relax.

Comfortable and Modern

The house is comfortable and modern with a heated pool (fantastic early in the season) and jacuzzi. Lovely welcome pack and the owner was always on hand to deal with any queries and to provide information about the local area.

Super Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Die Küche ist sehr groß sodass man sich mit mehreren Personen darin gut bewegen kann. Der Aussenbereich lädt auch zum verweilen ein. Die Einweisung und Schlüsselübergabe mit Katymary war sehr angenehm. Sie ist eine super Vermieterin die sich umgehend um Probleme kümmert. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

We had an amazing stay here this month - the villa was beautiful and clean, a really well-equipped kitchen and the benefit of all en-suite bathrooms was a huge plus. The pool and outside area was outstanding, brilliant for a group of friends with lots of activities. The hot tub is a brilliant addition too. Katy was super helpful and responsive and an excellent host - we had the best time and hope to be back next year.

Tolles Haus mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und überaus bemüht. Bei Einzug gab es sogar einen Obstkorb und diverse Getränke.
