"This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. "The staff and the hotel were both charming… they couldn’t do enough for you and the location was beautiful, with amazing views and ideally situated for mountain walks and bike rides. The only slight issue was because the weather was so warm, the room was also quite warm at night.. otherwise a fantastic stay!"

"The hotel was absolutely wonderful, and was perfect for our stay. One thing to note is that it is quite steep between the bus stop and reception, if you have difficulty with slopes consider taking a car or travelling with someone who can help. The room we had was very accessible as was the restaurant and reception area, so if you are comfortable with hills, have a car, or help for the slope from the reception to bus then it will be a very good base in the mountains of Liechtenstein. There are stairs between the bus stop and reception for visitors able to use them, but for me, with my rollator, I walked along the road for access."
