"This property is absolutely beautiful. The pool is fantastic and the staff are really kind. It's in a beautiful part of the country. That's very quiet. Definitely visit the turtle conservation while you're there. No you must organ breakfast in advance if you want to eat that place."

"We stayed in villa raj. We have 2 butlers (Dewa and Wayan), a few cleaners, and 1 cook (girl Wayan). They are all really lovely and helpful people; they will do everything within their power to make you stay as perfect as possible. Breakfast included. "The resort is beautiful! Its little out of the way but perfect location. Close enough to all the touristic areas. Staff was amazing..always attentive and friendly. Breakfast had a huge variety for western options and Balinese. We booked a family room one with 3 twin beds and another with a king and twin bed. The rooms were very spacious. We were a party of 5. "I absolutely loved my stay at Swan Paradise. Nestled in the jungle outside the hustle and bustle of Ubud, it offered a serene and peaceful escape. My room was amazing—spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The grounds were lush and well-maintained, and the on-site restaurant was excellent.
The staff even offered me an upgrade and assistance with moving, but I declined because my room was already perfect. It is a bit out of the way, so once I was “home,” I didn’t venture out much. I did go on tours, and the drivers were able to pick me up directly from the property.
Overall, it’s a very beautiful and relaxing place to stay—ideal for anyone looking to unwind in nature without sacrificing comfort."
"We had an amazing two weeks at Andaz Bali for our honeymoon. The staff had a special cake made for us and local jams and snacks were delivered to celebrate our day. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were truly spoiled! Arthur and Hendra always had a smile for us and remembered our drink and food preferences. Hendra was eager to share Balinese cuisine with us and would set aside the Dish of the Day for my wife to try. Our room had a private garden and our desire for privacy was always respected. We work in the customer service industry so we recognize quality employees when we encounter them. When we come back to Bali, we will be sure to stay at Andaz again. "We had a plunge pool access room and it was so worth it . Loved not having to carry books , towels etc poolside as we could step straight into the plunge pool straight off our room .
