"Front desk staff was great. There was a hockey tournament in town and the parents were bombed and the kids were screaming and running through the hallways. I understand that everyone paid for their rooms and is entitled to enjoy the hotel’s common areas, but we all need to be cognizant of the fact that all guests share these spaces and not all guests may appreciate their loud music or their screaming kids. "As described great location and perfectly decorated. Lower bunk was comfortable and whole apartment was very clean . Nice extra touches were available crate , dog bed and plenty of blankets and throws. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was cozy, comfortable, and conveniently located. Everything felt welcoming and well cared for. The only small drawbacks were the very small hot water heater and the need to pick up and return physical keys at the rental office. Aside from that, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d absolutely stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It worked out great for 10 people, 3 generations of family. Lots of stairs was a little hard for grandparents. Loved that both king bed rooms on the 2nd floor had their own bathroom. Top floor had nice family room! And 4 kids ages 14, 12, 11 and 10 sleep well in the bunk bed room because of the cozy alcove too. Deck had lovely sunset views. Everything was well appointed. Thank you!"

"Great locationQuiet neighborhoodKitchen, bathrooms, bedding clean but entire condo looks worn.Outside the condo both front and back yards would get a terrible rating. A previous renter left chicken bones scattered in the backyard which my dog found before I did. A previous renter also hid trash bags in the wood bin that contained garbage and stunk. To the credit of the Vacasa staff local to Waterville, these issues received prompt attention for which we are grateful."
