Waterville Valley Condo - Well Appointed With Mountain Views

"Property is very clean and comfortable. Host was very clear on the check in process and gave detailed directions, which was super helpful since we arrived after dark during a torrential rainstorm! Note: follow host directions. Google maps has the address on the wrong street. Once we stopped trying to use Google Maps, we had no trouble finding the unit or getting in. Kitchen is modern and well-equipped for most anything you would want to cook. Bedrooms are roomy with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. Lots of sitting space in the living room and all furniture was very comfortable. Large screen TV in the living room with good selection of free channels/services. Wonderful views of the area mountains from the master bedroom and living room. Back bedroom looks out into woods that go up the mountainside from the unit. Hiking trails are right out the door, and even more are within a 10-minute drive. Whirlpool tub in the master bathroom was essential after a long hike!"

"Awesome 5 night stay the first week of August 2026 as a family of five with a few friends who joined for two nights. The house is massive enough to accommodate everyone! You can fit a few families in here comfortably, the house would be a great definitely a girls/guys vacation house! Each bedroom has an air conditioner, which was needed and kept us cool for the high 80's days. The hot tub was a lovely bonus for all ages to enjoy! I would recommend better lighting at night when using the hot tub (maybe there is and we missed it but the motion lights were not enough). There were plenty of home kitchen supplies to cook and feel like you are at home. Some basic cooking essentials available (salt, pepper, olive oil, Pam) but you'll need to go shopping or bring your essentials from home if you plan to cook. The location is nice and quiet, even with houses close by. There is a Dunkin 15 minutes down the road. We didn't use the garage but it offers additional parking if there are more than three cars parked outside. Check in and check out were easy. Communication with the host was easy. Would I stay here again? Yes, as long as I could get the nightly rate I got this week."

"This home was not only one of the most beautiful mountain homes we have ever seen, but was also perfectly equipped and offered breathtaking views. We honestly did not want to leave. The host was fantastic and gave us lots of great information. We truly loved it here and look forward to booking again in the future."
