The unique design of the home – walk in through a tower to the courtyard with pool, cabana, and casita. The main house has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining, and living room. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 are on each side of the living area, each with private entry. The Master suite – (Bedroom 4) is located upstairs above the living area. The master has a balcony overlooking the pool and will have an outdoor stairway to the pool area. The casita is next to the carport area. Additional bedding is provided in the garage with 3 hideaway beds. This home has the luxury of sitting poolside and enjoying all of your tv needs from the outdoor tv, especially for those avid sports lovers.
Of course there will be a fully furnished kitchen with all the basic needs, full size washer/dryer, TV’s in every bedroom, living room, and two in the cabana area. The guests will have 3 refrigerators. Guests will have a covered carport and driveway for their use on the back side of the house, as well as a wrap around driveway on the side of the house.
Conveniently located in the Concan Country Club, you are also close to the House Pasture Restaurant and Music Venue, Garner State Park (15 minutes), shopping, and dining. The Frio River is a short distance from the house (6-7 minute car drive), public river access.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 4 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:
