"Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."

Staff was very reserved and rather unfriendly, gave the impression as we'd have to apologize to be there as guests... Made me wonder. Either they hate their job or it's a cultural thing..."
