"The house was great! It was very clean and just as described. We appreciate the house being supplied with essentials. Unfortunately our son and family were not able to make our trip due to illness, so my husband and I had the whole house to ourselves. The master bed was so comfortable. The pool was heated but other than put my feet in we did not use it. Communication was easy with owner. I would highly recommend and stay again. "

"This was an ideal set up for a group of golfers to meet in the Phoenix area and play and unwind. Convenient location to get to multiple golf courses. The pool table, outdoor seating area, and large kitchen table were great. Also, wonderful restaurant recommendations from the host. Thank you!!!"

"The property was nice and clean - there were some holes in the walls and the blinds were not in great shape. My only real complaint was that the AC was not working while we were there. The thermostat was set at 68 degrees and the fan ran the whole time but it never cooled down. It was 82 during the day (87 outside) and only got down to 75 at night even with all the windows open - a little warm for sleeping. Notified the host in the afternoon and again in the evening but it never was fixed while we were there. I expected a refund for the inconvenience but none was offered although he did apologize and said he would make sure it was fixed for future guests."

"This house and its amenities was everything they showed to it be. It was perfect for our family of 6. Josh was very welcoming and answered any questions I had at anytime. An overall great experience and would definitely rent from him again. "
