La Maison Hermitage, comfortable house with private heated pool

La Maison HERMITAGE welcomes you in a small village in the Périgord Noir close to all amenities and tourist sites of the Dordogne. A large family vacation home that breathes the culture of yesterday and at the same time gives you the modern comforts we all need. Hidden in a private garden, this house is absolutely a haven of peace.

Interior
The beautiful house has a kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine (dryer in the cellar), coffee machine, a very cosy living room (unfortunately the open fire cannot be used due to security reasons), (board games are at your disposal), television, DVD player ( DVD available), WiFi box, a dining room, a separate toilet, a shower room with double sinks.

Upstairs: a bedroom for children with 3 single beds, a bedroom for parents with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and a guest bedroom (with independent access from the kitchen) with a double bed and a cot. The 3 bedrooms have a portable airconditioning unit.

Outside
In the beautiful fenced garden you have a superb private heated and secured swimming pool, with garden furniture (table and chairs under the lime tree, parasol, armchairs and deckchairs near the swimming pool). Gazebo with covered roof.

Surroundings
In the vicinity of the house are famous locations such as Domme located about fifteen minutes away, La Roque-Gageac which is also about fifteen minutes away and Sarlat which is located twenty minutes away. For shopping we recommend Salviac and Gourdon which are only 10 to 15 minutes away.
