Quietly located in the historic district of Isle, close to the port, beaches and shops, pleasant recent house, NON-SMOKING, single-story loft style, classified 4* with WIFI, tastefully decorated offering a large terrace of 70m² facing South/West and enclosed landscaped garden of 500m². The house consists of a kitchen open to a large living/dining room very bright, a back kitchen/laundry room, a master suite offering a double bed (160 cm) with television, storage and its adjoining bathroom with bathtub and toilet. A hallway leads to a bathroom with walk-in shower, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and storage, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 x 90 cm) and storage, as well as a separate toilet with hand basin. Maximum capacity of 8 people. Private parking. Small pets are welcome on request only.

Baby equipment (crib and high chair) is available upon request.

Cleaning service charge available for €60.00 (reservation required) and linen rental for €16.00/person (reservation required 4 days prior to arrival).

Utility charges based on water and electricity meter readings from October 1st to April 1st.
