Beautiful château and great service. However, Google maps and Apple Maps are not really aware of the best route to get there. So good luck on that.

We stayed here for 4 nights and would have been happy to stay longer—-I miss it already! The room was spacious and well appointed and the air conditioning was spectacular in the August heat. The pool area was beautiful and the pool itself was warm and well kept. There are several great restaurants (Le Julien, La Maison D’estournel, Bistro Des Vignes) within a short drive (5-15 minutes) but note that you will need a car to get to any of them. It is also a great jumping off point to the wineries of the Medoc region. We loved the serenity of the hotel and the feeling of privacy. Just a note that the shower is somewhat “open concept”. This will be fine for couples but may be awkward for others travelling together. We will certainly return.
