Hôtel très agréable, idéalement situé près du Zénith. Nous venons régulièrement ici car les chambres communicantes sont très pratiques pour trois personnes ou en famille. Les chambres côte à côte sont aussi une excellente option. Propreté impeccable, literie confortable et personnel toujours accueillant. Petit-déjeuner varié et de qualité. Une adresse parfaite pour un séjour pratique et reposant à Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray.

Le séjour c’est bien déroulé je suis déçu de la chambre qui est vraiment très petite, propre, confortable mais trop petite le petit déjeuner très pauvre.

Dans l'ensemble correct mais ressemble plus à un ibis bleu, les chambres sont petites et mal insonorisées. Si on compare à d'autres Ibis Style, je trouve le prix de la chambre trop élevé Par contre l'accueil était top, de nombreux choix de restauration autour et surtout une foret juste derrière l'hôtel qui offre des possibilités de promenade

Le prix de l'hôtel n'est pas du tout en adéquation avec la qualité.... le prix est beaucoup trop élevé .. à ce prix on trouve beaucoup mieux ! Chambre minuscules... moquette "pourrie", j'ai demandé à changer de chambre. Etat général vieillot, chambres sombres (c'est mieux pour dissimuler l'état des moquettes)... odeur de cigarette dans les couloirs....

J'ai l'habitude de séjourner dans cet hôtel une fois par an à la même période pour mon travail. Je passe une semaine dans cet établissement. J'ai quelques remarques concernant l'eau chaude et son instabilité que ce soit le matin ou le soir.... Elle passe allégrement de la température souhaitée à plus fraîche pour passer au plus chaud pour ne pas écrire brulant !!!! C'est un problème que j'avais déjà constaté les années précédentes mais qui là m'est apparu bien plus flagrant. Le room service maintenant.... Je suis arrivé le mardi soir. Je souhaitais dîner dans ma chambre après la longue route que j'avais fait. Je consulte la carte, fais mon choix et rejoins la réception pour passer commande. Là, on m'explique qu'il ne reste que les deux choix de pates car ils ont été dévalisés le weekend précédent. Nous sommes mardi, soit deux jours après le weekend et le stock n'a pas été renouvelé.... Incroyable !!!! Bref, j'émets quelque réserve pour mes prochains séjours à savoir si je renouvellerai mon choix. Pour le reste, personnel disponible et à votre écoute, petit déjeuner conforme à ce que propose tous les Ibis.

Bonjour, lors de mon arrivée j'ai signalé ne pas vouloir de service ménage, la réceptionniste m'a assuré que ma demande serait respecté. Malheureusement, cela n'a pas été le cas, je l'ai une deuxième fois signalé à l'accueil. Et je prennais la précaution d'accrocher la languette rose en signe que la chambre est occupée. Mon séjour a durée 4nuits. Pour la propriété, le carrelage ainsi que le bac à douche, l'évier, la vitre de séparation sont recouverts de calcaire. Une toile d'araignée. Ensuite, le petit déjeuner : du personnel faisant semblant de travailler, plateau salle, table non nettoyé après le passage des clients, chaise laissé en désordre, buffet achalandé, après que les clients soient parties. Et oui, je prends 1h pour déjeuner, j'ai donc pu observer leur manque de travail, de motivation, de plus ils ne sont pas heureux au travail car ils ne sont pas souriants. D'ailleurs, je me suis vu bousculé régulièrement par l'un deux. Sinon l'hôtel est pas mal donc 3 étoiles. Ps : Une formation hôtellerie pour le personnel Sans un bon personnel rien ne va ! C'est comme un couple, c'est une équipe !

Je recommande cet hotel . C'était superbe. Lit confortable, parking gratuit, il y a des restaurants accessible a pieds. Le seul bemol est petit déjeuner. J aurais bien aime que l hotel mette en place 1 chariot ou un endroit pour que les gens deposent leur plateau apres avoir fini leur petit déjeuner.

Ibis seulement si je n'ai pas le choix.

Établissement bien placé pour un concert ou un salon au parc expo mais globalement assez salé (tablette dans les chambres non nettoyées, cheveux partout dans les chambres) et personnel pas très sympathique (lors du petit déjeuner beaucoup de produits étaient manquant, nous avons demandé poliment des viennoiseries, l'accueil fût glacial...). Bref, pour le haut de gamme de la marque Ibis et bien les standards ont été baissés bien bas.

En face à pied du Zénith de Rouen, parking privé et fermé 👌 Restaurant La Flambée juste à côté qui sert avant et après le concert. Merci pour les bons conseils de la réception 🙏

La Vmc était extremement bruyante et m'a empêché de dormir. La chambre n'était pas très propre à mon arrivée. C'est la première fois que je suis déçu de cet établissement mais je n'y retournerai plus.

Prima hotel voor de doorreis

Een prima hotel voor de doorreis naar het Zuiden. We kregen een wat ruimere kamer. Fijn dat er bewaakt geparkeerd kan worden. Het ontbijt was werkelijk erg goed, gelet op de prijs van de kamer (incl. ontbijt). We komen hier elk jaar langs.
