"Very friendly and welcoming staff at the reception, with free coffee and water in the lobby. Great location, across from the railway station, by the Canal du Midi and easy walk to Toulouse downtown. Bed was very comfortable."

"Staff were awesome, ac worked properly. Would have liked slippers and housecoat as advertised for the junior suite. Also no lotion or hair conditioner."

"The room was clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would request a room on a quiet floor if you want to sleep well, further away from the terrasse. The rooms were also very warm and the air conditioner didn’t seem to work so the air in the room was stale and dry. It would be tough in the hot days of summer to stay with this issue - which others have commented on. However, I would stay here again in cooler temps as it was within walking distance to most areas."

"The room and property itself were nice. Staff was excellent and check in was easy. The kitchen area is small but everything needed was provided. A two burner cook top, a small refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was fine but it is fitted with a heavy duvet, which made the room too warm for sleeping. And the pillow was too puffy and uncomfortable. Of course, these are personal matters and others might find them to their liking. The air conditioning we were told existed when the room was booked did not work. Apparently, the hotel is tied to another property and they would not make my the air conditioning available."

"Go for the breakfast. That is all. Just sensational. The First Name branding is cute and quirky with lots of cute details. Somewhat strangely they missed the olfactory branding with the lobby and common areas having a distinct eau de toilet aroma which detracted from the overall experience, especially after such an amazing breakfast."
