Each bedroom has a private toilet, and there is a shared toilet in the hallway. A large, bright living room includes a fully equipped kitchen, two dining areas, and a lounge with a sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. Parking in front of the house, large enough for a boat and trailer at no extra charge. Boat launch possible on the property, in the Aliso River.
