Our authentic farmhouse of 150 m2 has 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very large living room of 66m2 on the ground floor with kitchen, dining area and seating area, a veranda of 15 m2 overlooking the garden of 300 m2.
Totally restored in 2016 with care, carefully decorated, our house is fully equipped. We wanted to privilege the space, the light, the warmth of the wood with its master beams in the living room and keep the authenticity of the stone and lime walls of this house built in the 18th century.
The enclosed garden of approximately 300 m2 in which you can barbecue is a haven of peace with its apple trees, hazels and hydrangea beds.

On the ground floor:
-a large living space of 66 m2 with sitting area (sofas, armchairs, wood stove, LED TV), fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), corner meal with large table for 10 pers.

We take great care of our house and do our utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We are waiting in return for you to return the house to us in an irreproachable state.
Our house has been fully restored in 2016 with a lot of care: stone walls and lime, preserving the massive exposed beams of the living room, double glazed aluminum joinery, natural stone floor, etc.

Our house is completely and strictly non-smoking.

Located in the peninsula of Rhuys, between the ocean and the Gulf of Morbihan, the hamlet of Keraudren is located 5 minutes walk from the village center of St Gildas, 800 m from the beautiful beach of Goh Velin, 5km (10 minutes by car) from the Gulf of Morbihan and 28 km from Vannes. The climate is mild in all seasons, the invigorating sea air helps make the stay toning.
In two pedals (1 km), you will be in the center of the village of Saint Gildas and can enjoy its animation, its many shops, restaurants and cafes open all year and its large market on Sunday.
Nearby, you can visit the castle of Suscinio, the abbey of St Gildas, the port of Crouesty, archeological sites, Port Navalo and the entrance of the Gulf of Morbihan, the port of Logeo and all the paths on the edge of Gulf of Morbihan.
