Hôtel pas très intéressant

Hôtel au confort Trémolet. C’est un ibis rouge avec quelques décorations et peinture pour moderniser l’établissement. Il est dommage qu’avec Hotels.com, une fois deux plus, les chambres sont minimalistes et les moins bien placés.

très bon séjour dans l'ensemble mis à part la gestion de la clé-carte magnétique et le fait que l'on m'ait donné une mauvaise chambre à mon arrivée! L'occupantE de la chambre et moi même étions très surpris quand je suis entré dans la chambre! Heureusement qu'elle n'était pas dans une situation embarrassante ... Ma clé magnétique a été plusieurs fois démagnétisée. J'ai du repasser plusieurs fois à l'accueil pour la faire re magnétiser. ces passages auraient été un peu moins agaçants si l'hôtesse d'accueil avait fait preuve d'empathie! Pas un peu plus mais juste fait preuve du minimum d'empathie et pas me faire croire que la démagnétisation était de ma faute ...

Family of 5 stayed 3 times now over 3 years

Have stayed here previously in the exact same room. First time round was spotless, second time there was cracks in shower tiles and third time cracked tiles still there and also now a very wobbly shower screen. A bit of maintenance goes a long way in my opinion. Staff are always brilliant can never help enough when ot comes to printing travel documents etc..... rooms are big enough and beds are comfy. Being a plumber its the bathroom upkeep that lets it down for me.

Nous avons séjour 1 nuit à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants avec possibilité de chambre double pour certaines chambres) en août 2020 avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. L’accueil a été parfait avec un personnel très souriant et professionnel. L´Hôtel dispose d un parking extérieur bien entretenu. La décoration dans le hall, salle de restauration et les chambres est moderne et très agréable. L hôtel dispose de la climatisation dans les dans le hall d accueil, la salle de restauration et surtout dans les chambres. Très appréciable en saison estival. Elle est réglable dans les chambres. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et joliment décoré. La TV dispose de toutes les chaînes dont Canal Plus en claire. La literie est plutôt ferme et nous avons très bien dormi. Le petit déjeuné est assez complet et l équipe respecte totalement les protections liés au COVID 19. Les mets sont disposés individuellement dans de la vaisselle et mis sous film cellophane. Cela leur engendre tout de même du travail Additionnel et une utilisation importante de vaisselles. N hésitez à demander un assemblage spécial si vous ne trouver un votre bonheur, afin d éviter du gaspillage alimentaire. Bravo à toutes l équipe ! Le seul petit Bémol serait lié à l’organisation de la salle de bain où il y a une douche italien et un WC attenante. Du coup il y a forcément d l eau sur le sol jusqu'au WC. Heureusement que la partie vasque est dans la partie chambre. Je recommande donc volontiers !
