Villa de l'Agave - Avec piscine, 30min d'Alès
In the commune of Saint-Jean-de-Maruéjols-et-Avéjan, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 110 m² single-storey house air-conditioned with mountain views and swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features an attractive 41 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 1,700 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 41 m² living room with sofa, armchairs and TV
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and dining area
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with washbasin
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with washbasin
- Bedroom 3: two single beds with washbasin
- Bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit WC
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 7m*3.5m swimming pool (private, unheated) open from June 1 to September 30. It is secured by an alarm to be installed by 01/06/2024. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change.
- A 1,700 m² private garden. The front of the house is fully fenced. The ground behind the house is not fenced.
- An 18 m² east-facing terrace, bathed in sunshine all morning, with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located within a 10-minute walk of the following amenities: bakery, butcher's shop, pharmacy, grocery store, hairdresser, pizzeria, restaurant, bar-tobacco shop, post office, medical center. Shopping centers, restaurants, veterinary clinics, markets and more are just a 10-minute drive away. The neighborhood is quiet and restful, magnificent views of the Cevennes, the street is very lightly trafficked.
Activities :
- A popular region for hikers and cyclists.
- Water sports (kayaking, rafting, etc.), cave visits, markets, accrobranches.
- Close to many beautiful sites in the Gard and Ardèche regions (Ardèche gorges, Pont du Gard, etc.).
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor parking lot, which can accommodate a maximum of 4 vehicles.
Free public parking is available in the village of Saint-Jean de Maruéjols, less than 10 minutes from the house.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Car essential.
- The nearest airport is in Nîmes (75km).

- Bed linen included.
- Towels not included.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- All children swimming under the responsibility of a parent.
- Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.
