We offer this charming duplex apartment for rent in a beautiful character residence in Saint-Malo, St Servan, less than 1 km from the beach. With WiFi included, this 69 m² apartment is ideal for 2 guests. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it features a bright, open-plan living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and an upstairs bedroom with an additional WC.
“Le Marco Polo” will charm you with its exposed beams, stone walls, and two decorative fireplaces (not in use).
Cleaning is included in the rental, and high-quality 4 hotel linen* (sheets, towels, dish towels) is provided, with beds made upon arrival.

• Free parking is available at Constantine parking lot, a 500m walk from the apartment.
Public transport information:
• Saint-Malo train station: 1.6 km (25 min walk) or bus line 8 (Stop: GASPÉ).
• Saint-Malo ferry terminal: 1 km away (connections to Portsmouth, Jersey, and Guernsey).
• Cale de Dinan (1.5 km): Boat shuttle to Dinard (10-minute crossing).
• Dinard: 10 km (15 min by car).
• Cancale: 16 km (23 min by car).
• Mont-Saint-Michel: 54 km (49 min by car).
• Rennes Airport: 70 km (approx. 1 hour by car).

• The staircase leading to the bedroom is not secured, making the apartment unsuitable for young children.

• Intra-Muros, the historic center, is a 20-minute walk away, either via the main shopping street of St Servan or along the Bas-Sablons port.
• St Servan Market takes place every Tuesday and Friday at Place Bouvet and inside Les Halles.
• Fresh oysters are sold every Sunday at Place Bouvet (Theater Square).
• A supermarket and various shops are within a 5-minute walk on Rue de Ville Pépin.
• St Servan is known for its lively shopping street, the historic Solidor Tower, and the Cité d’Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo.
Beaches & Scenic Walks:
• The beaches and small coves of Saint-Servan are sheltered from the wind and ideal for families.
• At Bas-Sablons Beach, near Theater Square, you can enjoy lunch or drinks at Bac’O Sablons, while children play on the sand below.
• The Aleth Peninsula walk offers breathtaking sea views, historic Gallo-Roman remains, and the ruins of the neo-Romanesque cathedral.
