There are two separate bedrooms, each with two beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. One bedroom has an exit to the terrace as well.

The apartment comes equipped with an open kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a shower and a separate toilet. Electric heating is available throughout the apartment. The terrace spans 10 square meters and faces south, with terrace furniture provided. Additionally, the apartment has a washing machine, dryer, iron, and hair dryer. Internet (WiFi) is available for an extra fee. A garage is also included.
