"We had travelled from El Paso to Phoenix and arrived around 11:30 am and there was a baseball game at 1pm..the staff were very accommodating for an early check in and it was a 5 min walk to the ball park, valet parking staff were friendly, rooms were clean and bed was awesome."

"This hotel's location was really convenient to all of our activities planned for downtown Phoenix. It's a quick walk to Chase Field and the Suns Arena. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, the traffic can be quite congested in this area and we had a really difficult time pulling into to the hotel to check in. We had to circle the block for 45 min because the traffic was so backed up - there was a Dbacks and Suns game on the same day as our check-in. Also, we could hear traffic noise all night long, even from the 7th floor with the AC on."
