"Everything was great and we love staying here! Only thing that we were disappointed with was that the parrots, Holly and Rita, were no longer there which we always loved to see. But we love the location and everything about the resort and this will be where we always stay. "

"Location was perfect I was able to walk from the hotel to Main Street in 5min without moving my car (reason I picked this hotel) breakfast was good with variety every day, staff was very friendly and helpful and TV has many options for kids. Keep in mind this is an updated hotel, is not new, I was able to heard my neighbors but a set the fan on the AC to reduce noise and room was little humid but is the season for it (April)"

"Everything about this hotel is awesome the food at the Vista Grill was a 10/10, the coffee bar was awesome, and the views from our balcony were phenomenal!!"

"The hotel smelled terrible, there was a fire that closed some amenities that we were aware of before checking in. Our room was dirty and had several bugs in it. Our door didn’t close completely allowing sun light and smoke to fill our room. And the staff in the office were very rude and made it seem like everything was our fault when we tried to talk to them about our concerns."

"First off none of the pools were open the air conditioning did not work very well in the unit so I closed some vents in the kitchen and living room area to get the air to move to the bedroom which I could not get it to work but in the bathroom area blew all kinds of black crap out of the vents,, for what it was it was way overpriced would not recommend this"
