"Everything is so good! Location, staff, view from room, room service - we liked it all. They must address one thing. There has to be adequate supply of drinking water free of cost. This is basic necessity."

"This property has way much more than expected! The room kitchen had everything needed and more! Was not expecting it to have Laundry so that was a plus. The location was the best attribute for us, since we enjoy all the fun stuff in downtown and the best part is we could take the trolley right outside the hotel. We couldn't use the pools since they were in maintenence but we did get a chance to use the hot tub. Parking is a bit uncomfortable but once parked your set. I would definitely come back! "

"It’s a decent hotel but quite run down. Needs some touch ups and fixing some things. The rooms are quaint with balconies and fireplaces. The creek is pretty. The breakfast was great. I was comfortable enough but would like to see some improvements because it’s a good location "

"To be honest, the breakfast wasn't good at all; they were missing fresh fruit or something more. The area itself, however, was clean. The location of this place is excellent."

"No amount of wallpapaer and fresh paint could make me want to stay here again. Upon entering our room it smelled like urine, although everthing was clean. The a/c did not work in the room & windows could not be opened. The hot water took about 10-15 minutes before actually getting hot. My kids used the indoor pool quite a bit, the hottub was out of service, duct taped and no water in it. The pool area rarely had any towels, maybe 1 or 2 at a time. Two of my kids cut their feet on the bottom of the pool due to broken tiles, these were deep cuts that caused bleeding! Although this place was pet friendly there isnt any grass area for pets. Breakfast was meh....it was food. Hard boiled eggs, sausages, a few pancakes if they werent out, some yogurts and various breads. The seating area is very small. A small but annoying thing; the tv was outdated with cable, coloring & sound was awful. Front desk staff was mostly unfriendly. The stay was just unpleastent, yes it is on the main strip but I would gladly pay more for a higher quality stay next time. If you just want a place to lay your head, this is it. If you want to enjoy your stay, this is not the place. "

"We only stayed for 1 night and glad we limited our stay. Don’t like to leave negative reviews, but we really expected more. The rooms were clean, the beds pretty comfortable but the furniture arrangement could have been better( bed too close to the wall) , lamp and tissue table also too close to the bed. The bathroom were a little disappointing: no hand held shower, placement of the shower gel and shampoo not within reach; vtoiletrues limited to the hand soap and a little notion. The most annoying thing was the clogged sink in one of the bathrooms. We took breakfast-options a little limited and could not mix and match. Coffee -although Starbucks-wasn’t too great. The receptionist originally omitted to provide the WiFi info and the breakfast tickets. Otherwise all personnel was friendly when present. So in our short stay, the overall experience was subpar for the brand."
