"They had a fire the night before our check in so there was no indoor pool to use and also no breakfast prpvided & without cable tv & wifi due to the fire. Overall we had a really good experience though. "

"Pros: an indoor and outdoor pool, conveniently located, free parking Cons: both pools were very cold, hot tub was drained, carpet was very stained, continental breakfast was boiled eggs and sliced bread, no cleaning service was provided, we had to take out our own trash, get toilet paper and a trash liner from the lobby. The lobby employee couldn’t answer any questions about the pool being locked during the day. "

"Elevators did not work. My wife is handicap. Had to go up the steps twice got to the check-in and the guy Norris for the first three minutes before they came to us."

"Parking is first come all outside. It’s is a very old hotel that has been renovated with very nice touches. I would stay there again. The balcony was ver private and relaxing. The water pressure in my room was low. The bed was comfy. Bring your own pillow. "

"We were very happy with the hotel & staff. We plan on making reservations again. We had some inconsiderate guests that were smoking marijuana on the balcony and it was coming into our room. We were very happy after our complaint the hotel staff reacted very quickly & solved the problem. Can’t wait to go back again. Highly recommended "

"Not the best vacation! This was our second time staying here and it was not the same experience unfortunately! I called letting them know we would be there earlier than check in and the lady on the phone assured me that between 12:30-1 they flip a lot of rooms I would just have to pay a $25 early check in fee. That was not the case we sat for hours walking up numerous times asking if a room was available yet as me and my family sat in the lobby. I watched numerous people check in early as I was still told there were no rooms available. Our room was clean but had no water pressure so showering was terrible. The pool area is a free for all now that there is a bar in there! Parents are to busy drinking than watching their children. It was very busy and parents were letting their kids go down the slide 10 kids at a time. My son got kicked in the face because of this going on. I had parents move our stuff off chairs when we were in the pool one day. This trip was so bad that we left a day early and called it a loss. The check out guy was nice. Also had a terrible experience with them trying to still charge me for the 4th day of parking and the lady on phone was rude telling me it don’t show we checked out early and that she would have to make sure our room key wasn’t used in order to refund me for parking. Just all around not a good experience and this was our second time here planning to be our yearly family vacation. "
