Attractive modern villa from 200 sqm set within 2000 m2 of charming landscaped gardens. The Villa has a private pool (heated at extra cost). The garden and the pool offers the opportunity for quiet reflection or indulgence in more active pursuits in the pool. The villa is set in tranquil location in St Paul-en-Foret near Fayence. The property is fully fenced, protected by a video surveillance system and with access by an automatic gate. It is perfect for anyone seeking a blissful Provençal retreat while exploring the regions stunning scenery, beautiful medieval perched villages and the glamorous and sophisticated Nice, Cannes and St Tropez.

Traumhaft ruhige Lage mit großem Pool

Sehr geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Sehr bequeme Betten. Die Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern sorgen für die richtige Abkühlung bei sommerlichen Temperaturen. Die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. Der große Kühlschrank mit eigener Eiswürfelherstellung ist ein Highlight. Im Aussenbereich gibt es genügend Liegen, einen schönen Essplatz und einen Gas-Planchagrill für Barbeque. Der große und saubere Pool lädt zur Abfrischung ein.

Fijn vakantie huis met heerlijk zwembad

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. We verbleven met 3 kleine kinderen. De ruimte in en om het huis en het hek om het verwarmde zwembad maakte het een ontspannen vakantie. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Complete keuken. Een aantal dingen in en rondom het verblijf kunnen wat extra aandacht gebruiken.

Heel fijn, rustig prive gelegen huis

We hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf. Het was een heel fijn huis en het zwembad was ook heerlijk! Aan alles was gedacht. De keuken is ook heel compleet. De tuin is heel fijn en prive. Het inchecken ging prima. Goede informatie gekregen van Peter. De deuren van de slaapkamers naar buiten toe gingen soms moeilijk open en dicht omdat ze klemde. Dit is een klein verbeterpuntje. En het bed in de slaapkamer op de 1e verdieping naast de badkamer, is niet heel stevig, het beweegt een beetje. Hier zou ook iets aan gedaan kunnen worden. Verder heeft mijn zoontje hier wel prima op geslapen hoor. Al met al een heel fijn huis om 2 weekjes op vakantie te zijn!

Great holiday villa for a family to explore the Var area

Perfectly proportioned property for our family (mum, dad and three kids (17,14 and 10)) to stay and explore the local area for a fortnight at the end of August. Local bonuses included the proximity to the Lac St Cassian, which was only 20 mins drive away and great for hiring pedalos, kayaks, and paddle boards with which to explore the beautiful clean lake on hot sunny days without the extra driving and parking requirements to get to the also beautiful beautiful beaches in Cannes and Frejus. Also, the village had a beer garden (La Galinette) which was open c. 3 nights per week with music, beer and local food. I should also note that all rooms now have air conditioning, which was better than expected as the description suggests that only two bedrooms had it, plus Peter was on hand whenever required to help out with anything which may arise.

Functional and peaceful place to stay while exploring Cote d'Azur

We had wonderful 2 week holiday in this very convenient villa. Place is very private and peaceful and well equipped. Villa has spacious and comfortable living room and functional kitchen. All family has enough space to relax. Garden is private and there are nice sunbeds for everyone. Our children enjoyed swimming in the pool. Village of Saint-Paul-en-Forêt is in walking distance. It's lovely to take a morning stroll through to the town. There is a small bakery, where you can buy delicious pastries. Service in English, don't worry if your frech is rusty! For bigger grocery stores you need a car. There are scenic hiking routes in the near proximity of Saint-Paul-en-Forêt. Gorges du Blavet is only 10 kilometers away. We went to see bottom of the corge and on next day to top of the mountain La Capelle. Views over the coastline and mountains were breathtaking. If you want once in a lifetime swimming experience then head towards Massif de l'Esterel in City of Saint-Raphaël. There are several beaches in between steep cliffs, for e.g. Calanque du Petit Canereit. Villa has good location if you plan to visit cities on both east and west side of the Cote d'Azur Coastline. This was our 2 week list: Marseille, Aix-En-Provence, Grasse, Mons, Cannes, Nice, Antibes, Juan Les Pins, Monaco and San Remo in Italy. In a summary, we had marvelous summer holiday in this beautiful villa!

Lovely Villa

A lovely large villa with a good pool to cool off in. It has a very well equipped kitchen with lots of pots/pans and utensils. The American style fridge-freezer was very useful with the weather we enjoyed. The numerous air-conditioning units throughout the house were nice and quiet - great for use overnight. The sunloungers had been left with towels so there was no need to bring out the ones from the bathrooms. It was a really very well equipped villa. Although the description lists two bathrooms, we were a little surprised that there was just the one (separate) WC and that was on the ground floor, so anyone in the upstairs bedrooms had a bit of a walk. Fortunately though, no queues formed! It was a wonderful place to stay. Thank you Peter

Spätsommer an der Cote d'Azur

Wir waren 10 Tage im Oktober zu Viert in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Den schönen Außenbereich konnten wir nicht so nutzen, da es leider zu wenige Sonnentage gab. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und bei Problemen wurde schnell geholfen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Excellent fun filled week!

Fantastic villa, just like the photos! Lovely large pool, table tennis and foosball table. Well stocked kitchen with plenty appliances. Comfortable beds with working air con in downstairs and one of the upstairs bedrooms, electric fans also available. Car definitely essential, plenty supermarkets a short drive away. Lac de saint-cassien 20 min drive away, beautiful area for pedalo, kayak and sup board rental. Lovely area to explore with a bit of research beforehand. Visited Frejus 30min drive for wonderful boat tour and snorkelling. Went a bit further afield to Port Grimaud (1hr) and Lac sainte Croix, absolutely beautiful but quite busy on the lake and Gorge! All in all we had a wonderful week with fantastic weather. Peter was responsive to our messages and was kind enough to allow us a late departure. Would definitely visit again .

Vorfreude ist die beste Freude - leider!

Voller Vorfreude sind wir am Haus angekommen, das Tor öffnete sich magisch ohne Anruf und wir wurden von Peter begrüßt. Bis dahin war alles spitze. Eine schnelle Runde durch das Haus und die Schlüssel wurden übergeben - was wir so in 10 Jahren Ferienhaus Miete noch nicht erlebt hatten.. Die Bilder stimmen soweit, aber die Details!!! Vor dem ersten Abendessen musste erst mal das gesamte Geschirr gespült werden. Gläser, Besteck, Pfannen, einfach alles. Unser Kind wollte Fernsehen schauen - doch kein Sender erschien. Am nächsten Tag haben wir erst das Schwimmbad genossen (schön warm) und Nachmittags wegen dem Spielzeug unseres Kindes, rollte unter das Sofa und Bett, festgestellt, dass dort anscheinend nicht gereinigt wird. Zentimeter hoher Staub - nichts für Allergiker. Da im unteren Badezimmer die Balkontür zum Lüften abgesperrt war, hatte ich Peter eine Nachricht geschickt, wo der Schlüssel wäre - leider kam nie eine Antwort. In diesem Badezimmer ist die Tapete schon aufgequillt, wie auch im oberen Badezimmer, Schimmel?! Aber wir sind keine Profis.. Dann haben wir die rot leuchtende LED einer Überwachungskamera entdeckt. Wir stellten fest, dass auch die LEDs der Kameras am Pool, Terrasse (wo man sich im Urlaub auch mal oben Ohne sonnen möchte!) und in der Sitzecke leuchten. Auch im Innenbereich wurde videoüberwacht: Im Wohnzimmer hing auch ein Kamera. Angeblich sollte Alarm ausgeschaltet sein... FRECHHEIT: nun eine Rechnung wegen dem nicht funktionierenden TV!! KEIN BELEG!!

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus abseits vom Trubel

Ein schönes, gut ausgestattetes und großzügiges Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wir hatten mit 2 Paaren sehr gute Platzverhältnisse und haben gerne auf der Terrasse gefaulenzt. An einigen Punkten muss mal wieder etwas erneuert werden, aber es waren in unseren Augen keine wesentlichen Themen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hinfahren.

Great base to explore the perched villages

This is a comfortable family home in a great location to explore the perched villages of the Var and enjoy the Lac St Cassien whilst being half an hour from the coast. The house is tastefully decorated and the kitchen well equipped. The garden is nicely landscaped with a great pool. Things to bear in mind - one of the bedrooms is not air conditioned, there are only 2 bikes, only news channels in English on the tv (lots of French and German), cellular coverage is patchy. Overall a good standard of holiday rental.

Nice holiday home in quiet neighborhood

We spent a very nice and relaxing week with two adults and four children in Peter's house. The big pool was the absolut highlight for our kids, they spent every free minute in. The house is very good equipped with all stuff that is needed for your holidays, and a lot more. We felt very comfy and "like home". Only little thing that we would optimze would be a bigger bed in the master bedroom. We would definitely recommend a car for the holidays, as the way to St. Paul en foret is along the "mainroad" to Fayence. Everything that is needed for your holiday could be found with a short drive to Fayance, about 10 minutes.

Great Stay

Great home in a super nice Environment. Very well equipped, might need some minor maintenance in the future. Peter as a host is awesome!!

Nice Villa with big pool in a quiet area

We had a relaxing stay in this nice villa in Saint Paul en Foret. The owner, Peter, was very friendly and helpful. The villa is well equipped, the garden and the pool are nice and big. Everything was as explained in the description. There may be some parts where the villa needs a little maintenance. But afterall a nice place in a quiet neighbourhood to spend relaxing holidays as a family or a little group.
