The hotel is beautiful, and the staff and management were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We did experience an issue with the hot water on one day, but the hotel handled it very professionally and offered us a discount, which we really appreciated. "This is a great choice for visiting Avignon. It is right across from the walled city and it’s super easy to walk to restaurants, coffee and the main sites. It’s on a main road but the hotel is quiet. It’s a modern hotel with great amenities - the pool and bar are cute, the restaurant is good (Cesar salad with chicken was nice), and the rooms are clean. The air conditioning works well - it’s up to American standards, which is great when it’s hot. Incredibly helpful staff! We had a few issues in Avignon and they were so helpful and kind with things like helping us place local calls and change reservations, a very late check out, etc. Great English skills but they will let you practice your French if you want. Honestly, you won’t regret choosing this."
