The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside
- An 8 m² south-facing terrace with views of the Golf course (accessible from the flat) and the Pine Forest. Furniture is provided to make the most of the sunny days
- A shared fenced swimming pool (unheated), open from June to September. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence

This very welcoming flat is ideally located at the foot of the Saint-Raphaël golf course, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private, numbered parking space.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Bus stop serving the sea and St Raphael town centre less than 1 km away.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Raphaël 6 km away (about 13 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Nice-Cote d'Azur 63 km (about 50 min by car)

- Pets are not allowed in the flat
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the apartment clean and tidy and clean all appliances after use
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged
