The property is in a small, quiet, calm hamlet just ideal for that peaceful, relaxing time away. Boardering the River Dronne with a picture prefect picnic area perfect for long lazy lunches, a dip in the river and tiddle bashing, just like the old days.......

The house has two floors.
The entrance leads directly into the large dinning room with dinning table to seat 8 plus highchairs, there is also a small seating area ideal for some quiet reading. From the dinning area is a door to the stairs leading to the second floor with three bedrooms and a family shower room. Also from the dinning room is another door leading to a small lobby area with a separate WC and large downstairs shower room. From the lobby is also access to the lounge area with stairs leading to a very large double bedroom. From a third door in the dinning room you have access to the large very well equipped kitchen and access to the wrap around garden.

Large grassed garden surrounding the property with mature trees and walk down to very secluded grassed area at the River Dronne (please note the walk to the river is down a steep hill but very worth it)
