"Our room and six other rooms were broken into and robbed. I’m not sure how they got the key to a door you need a key card to open it, but somehow they got into my room and six other rooms and took very valuable belongings. When asked the staff to review their cameras, they said we would have to make a police report, which makes no sense because it’s their establishment. We should be secure in their hotel and they acted like it was no big deal. The fact that they were able to get into our doors...

"The main hotel building as shown on the website was closed and looked unfit for purpose. A seperate Motel type Annexe was used for Rooms, as was a seperate building for the restaurant. Unsure what the main hotel block was used for but there were washing machines, for general use, outside the entrance. The Bedroom and Bathroom appeared clean but no A/C and with daytime temperatures around 30C, It was an uncomfortable night, even though an electric fan was provided. The whole place looked tired...

"We had such an incredible stay, the service is really 5 star. Andrew made sure from the beginning we were looked after, he helped with organizing tours and wine tasting for us nearby where we had a lovely time discovering muscadet as well as thoughtfully recommending local restaurants. Emma also made sure our meals were reserved at the hotel restaurant. The rooms are nicely updated with A/C and modern furnishings including a nespresso machine.
