Unit Layout
You can enjoy your vacation in a spacious and bright 4-room house spanning 130 square meters across two levels, featuring stylish furnishings. The first level offers three bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), shower, and double hand-basin; another with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and an exit to the garden; and a third with a French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm) and another exit to the garden. There is also a shower, separate toilet, and double hand-basin on this level.

Amenities Included
The upper floor features an entrance hall, a large living/dining room with a sliding door, panoramic window, open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), dining table, and satellite TV, and an exit to the garden. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a bar and dining table. There is also a separate toilet on this level. The house has electric heating, a terrace with a south-west facing position, terrace furniture, and deck chairs (4). It offers a beautiful view of the river and comes with a washing machine and dryer. Please note that it is a non-smoking house, but one pet/dog is allowed, and there is a smoke alarm.
