"We had a lovely stay and Céline and Loic were very welcoming and helpful with our limited French. Beds were comfy and our stay was quiet. While we couldn't access the AC as the system was still in heat mode, the room ultimately cooled down at night and we were quite comfortable. Thanks again for your hospitality and if you make it to Montana, you have a place to stay!"

Housekeeping discovered it even before I knew of my mistake, the desk called me and kindly arranged to have it sent to me by post. (I paid for postage expenses, of course.) Very efficient and appreciated. "

"Great staff, secure covered parking, clean rooms. Not the nicest part of town, but close to trains and within walking distance of the historic city centre. The dingy hallways detracted from the nice rooms, reception and breakfast areas. "

"Overall the hotel was fine and a very unique stay but the heating was like a tap running all night and did little to heat the large room. It could have been cleaner but it did meet basic standards. No facilities to make drinks in room. The evening meal was nice as was breakfast. The views are amazing, we didn’t use the spa so can’t comment. "
