Nice little Oasis for exploring Grande Terre

Eric met us at property to show us around and settle us in. Property was as described in the listing and we had most things we needed. The apartment is very spacious with all facilities needed. It was great to relax in the pool at the end of the day and the garden is pretty and well maintained. We would stay here again if we returned to Guadeloupe.

J’ai louer cette villa pour 3 semaines avec mon mari et mes 3 enfants, la villa est très bien placée proche de toute commodité.Très bien équipée avec tout ce dont on a besoin.La piscine est un vrai plus au retour de nos journées où même le matin avant de partir!Eric le propriétaire est très gentil et nous avons eu un excellent accueil !Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison je recommande sans hésiter.Merci beaucoup

La villa n est pas grand luxe mais elle est bien agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la climatisation y compris dans le salon et lorsque nous en avions besoin Apprécié également la piscine pour nous tout seuls !! Belle maison !

C'est une belle maison permettent d'accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. L'emplacement est bien situé sur sainte Anne mais le quartier, bien que calme, semblait être à l'abandon et n'a pas réellement été a notre goût (quelques carcasses de voitures, route pas très soignées, des maisons qui semblent être à l'abandon). D'une manière générale, la maison était propre mais sans que ce soit vraiment optimal (cuisine, placards des chambres, salle de bain). Une odeur peu accommodante y régnait, très probablement dû au produit anti moustique qui y était diffusé. La piscine était très bien, l'extérieur très soigné également. L'hôte, Eric, est très agréable, avenant et à l'écoute. Il y a par exemple eu un petit problème avec le portail qui a été résolu dans la journée.

un séjour parfait

Cette maison est idéalement située à ste Anne au calme mais tout proche des plages de bois Jolan et du bourg de Ste Anne. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis par le propriétaire des lieux qui nous avez même préparé un en-cas suite à notre arrivée un dimanche en fin de journée. Le propriétaire s’est rendu disponible pour nous fournir toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin. Nous recommandons à tous de séjourner dans cette maison idéale.

Eric est à l’écoute de nos besoins, serviable et très disponible. L’endroit est formidable, calme et on y retrouve tout ce que nous avons besoin. Maison très bien placée dans un quartier calme et toute proche de l'entrée de St Anne Equipements au top : Climatiseurs et moustiquaire, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, micro onde, four, table de cuisson Literie confortable Le jardin est tres bien entretenu. La piscine privée est un vrai atout ! Possibilité de rentrer 2 voitures dans le jardin. Eric au top ! Echanges très cordiaux avant et pendant le séjour. Toujours disponible si besoin. Propose également des sorties bateau. Excellent séjour dans sa globalité. On reviendra !!
