"Booked a room with 2 beds… our room wasn’t ready at arrival. We arrive at 3:54 and check in is 4pm. Anyways they “moved” us to a different room and it had a bed and a pull out couch that was incredibly uncomfortable. If we were staying more than 1 night I would have said something but it wasn’t worth it due to the check in desk being in a completely different hotel than the one our room was in. The pool was also closed so we had to use the pool and hot tub at the grand Georgian which was lovely thankfully."

"Old, outdated, strained carpet, and the worst breakfast I've ever had anywhere we have stayed in our lifetime. So happy it was included because i threw it out. Would i repeat. Never!! Glad it was only one night for the butter tarts festival. Which by the way is definitely worth going to. Just stay somewhere else."
