The villa features a comfortable and tastefully furnished entrance hall with a separate guest toilet. The living and dining area is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only), a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. From here, you can access the terrace and the swimming pool. Additionally, there are three bedrooms: one with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning; another with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and a flat-screen TV with air conditioning, leading to the garden; and the third bedroom with a French bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). The villa also includes an office space and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a separate shower room, and the villa features forced-air heating.
