"I was upset at first when I got there because of the manager then the next day the manager I knew from my first booking at that hotel Javier was courteous very understanding about my complaint but he took things professionally he made me feel at ease I would recommend this hotel to anyone with Javier there your problem and complain will be solve with him at the helm of this hotel . Javier is a manager I would recommend anyone going to Barca stay at Serhs hotel Ramblas ask for. Javier the manager"

"Nice location on La Rambla."

"The elevator is not operated by card, you can go to whatever floor, taking into account the hotel terrace in top is publicly used, there are bunch of tourists from noon till 10pm constantly using the two tiny elevators, often stopping and looking at the floors in between too. The tv didn’t work, room service menu is only on the tv. I was suggested I should just go to restaurant. Doors are not sealed a giant gap along the entire highlt of the door between the door and its frame. I saw 3 rooms -all had it. You will be a part of every conversation in hallway. Also doors don’t have peak hole and none of the 3rooms had working lock. I would not stay there again. "

"Great location, Staff was helpful and everything was working. Only annoying thing, was that the fact you have to get the card out to use the lift to go to your room"

"Checking in/ out was quick and easy! Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Asked about a place to eat dinner on our first night, was given great advice and he showed us where the restaurant was! Food was great and service as well. Couple we were travelling with had to cut short their stay, they dealt with front desk staff who were able to cancel a night without penalty, thank you!! Would stay here again!"

"Location is outstanding. No view from room 10, not sure about the others. Staff nice. Entry is a little tricky. Cabs don’t like driving in the area. Easy walk from La Rambla. Lots of little dining spots. Again book this for the location it’s awesome!"
