This vacation home is really unusual. On four floors you live here with modern and simple style with a lot of brightness. Directly in the entrance area is the high-quality kitchen with dining area, where you can easily prepare the vacation meals. One floor further up, a cozy living room is at your disposal. Via the curved staircase you continue to the bedroom with a beautiful double bed.



A highlight of the house is the roof terrace with jacuzzi and fantastic views of the surroundings and the sea. Let the view wander while you relax with a cool drink in the jacuzzi.



In the morning, take the towel over your arm and start the day with a swim in the sea, which you can reach after only 100 meters. For excursions, we recommend a visit to Zadar, where you can experience art, culture, gastronomy and sightseeing.



This unusual vacation home offers a lot of comfort and a great vacation near the sea and with unforgettable panoramic views.



Note: One sleeping area is a passage room. The stairs are narrow and steep and therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children.
