Very disapointed.We drove 4 hours from Belem to Santopolis especially to stay in this hotel for the park for 3 days.Unfortunately the park was closed.Not mentioned before.After 3 days when the park was open,only one or two atractions were open.Not nice special for the kids.The hotel was clean and the staf were nice.

REGULAR DEMAIS!!!!

Essa foi a terceira vez que fiquei hospedada do Aqualand. A estrutura é sensacional, como sempre. Um hotel muito bem cuidado, com manutenção em dia, tudo arrumado, limpo e super confortável, mas dessa vez o atendimento foi péssimo, muito ruim mesmo. Logo na chegada me colocaram em um apartamento onde estava tendo uma pequena obra bem na frente, quando cheguei o rapaz estava lá martelando e o corredor cheio de poeira. O hotel vazio. Liguei para a recepção e pedi para mudarem o meu apt e me informaram que não teria como, eu insisti bastante, mas a líder de recepção não estava fazendo a menor questão de resolver a questão, muito mal preparada para estar ali, com um atendimento super informal e totalmente incoerente com o tratamento de hóspede que se hospeda nesse tipo de hotel. Atendimento dela péssimo. Faço uma ressalva de que o recepcionista Pedro foi excelente, super atencioso e fez de tudo para nos atender bem e conseguir resolver o problema, muito mais do que a própria "líder"de recepção. Depois de insistir com ela eu consegui mudar de quarto. Levou um tempo. No mais o café da manhã dessa vez foi bem fraco, desorganizado.. chegava em torno de 9h da manhã e não tinha prato, nem café já a postos. Tínhamos que avisar pra eles verem e fazerem a reposição. Outra questão foi o atendimento na área da piscina. Tinham duas atendentes somente do lado de dentro. Fora não tinha atendimento de restaurante. Ficamos um tempo sentadas ao lado de fora querendo atendimento e não tinha.

No geral bom, porém com certos defeitos

Cama extremamente confortável e apartamento acolhedor. Parque incrível tanto para adultos quanto crianças. Sobre o restaurante a comida é boa mas é difícil chamar o garçom e a comida demorou demais. Deu pra ver outros hóspedes reclamando do mesmo. Fui no feriado de Páscoa. Devido a grande quantidade de pessoas eles desativaram o room service, o que já demonstra que não tinham capacidade para atender a todos. O banheiro pela manhã exalava um cheio podre horrível, como se estivesse saindo o cheiro do esgoto. Sugiro ir fora de época, talvez o atendimento melhore com menos pessoas hospedadas.

Passamos 5 dias em família no Resort Aqualand, em Salinas, e tivemos uma experiência agradável. O local é muito bem conservado, limpo e organizado, com uma equipe atenciosa e manutenção constante em todas as áreas. A estrutura é boa para famílias, especialmente com crianças pequenas. Alguns pontos podem ser melhorados para tornar a experiência ainda mais completa, como a inclusão de camas king size em alguns quartos e a instalação de um bebedouro de água na brinquedoteca, o que seria essencial para o conforto e bem-estar das crianças. Sentimos também a ausência de um banheiro próximo à área da brinquedoteca, o que facilitaria bastante para os pais que estão com filhos pequenos. Em relação ao parque aquático, a estrutura é boa, mas poderia contar com mais atrações para atender públicos de diferentes idades. Atualmente, além da piscina de ondas (que funciona quatro vezes ao dia), há o toboágua e uma área voltada principalmente para crianças pequenas. No geral, é um excelente local para descansar com a família, e com pequenos ajustes, pode se tornar uma experiência ainda mais completa.

A estadia foi maravilhosa. Nossa família amou o local. Os funcionários sempre muito simpáticos e solícitos. As piscinas são ótimas. A sala de jogos muito boa. O apartamento lindo e tudo bem novo. O café da manhã muito bom e variado. O único ponto a reclamar foi as abordagens para poder vender cotas do resort, creio que poderia ter um ambiente de venda no local, mas não na forma que acontece. A abordagem na maior parte do tempo acontece após o café da manhã. Mas apesar da abordagem, os vendedores respeitaram que queríamos apenas curtir nossas férias e não tínhamos interesse na compra.
