The staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests. Definitely 5 star.
Dislike: We booked an ADA room but we still had to request a shower chair and a non-slip mat for the shower. Plus there should be a horizontal bar next to the toilet for the disabled to use. I had to rely on my walker.

I was so excited to stay here. We only got one night because it was booked all other nights but MAN I FELL IN LOVE. If you're considering booking here, don't even bother reading the rest of this review until your reservation is complete. Then come back and read more ;)
But seriously, check in was strict at 3, no early checkin which was fine. Then when we came back they upgraded us from the 2 queen room to the condo, and it was the best room I've ever stayed in.

We had a phone call a few days prior to ensure we understood the noone under 18 rule in bath house or pool . Which was fine as we had the room with hot tub anyway.
Our room was dated but they were in the process of refreshing rooms, new flooring and furniture was being unpacked as we departed.
We did have a fridge but no microwave .
But the tub was great. Perfect temp, and clean.

Sitting erea is good size. But the bathroom is so small. And the sink is located in the bathroom so can’t get ready or use the sink while someone is in there.. has two TVs that is really nice when traveling with kids. I think it was great. No vending machines, killer idea. And what makes it great to is the staff. One lady in particular, young, had these long ears on like an elf cause it was Christmas Day. SHE ! Makes it great. Upbeat, friendly , informative. She’s a keeper.

Lovely stay. We even checked in when a huge group of teenage girls were there for a baseball tournament but had no problems with any noise. Hotel was nice and clean.

Hotel lobby was very small for a Hampton Inn. Nowhere to sit other than the breakfast room.
Helena in the breakfast area was FABULOUS! She kept everything stocked, was a friendly welcome, kept the area spotless. She should be commended for her hard work.
