Highlights include the Voramar Chalet or Casa Bonet, the latter designed by the famous modernist architect Domènech Sugranyes i Gras, a disciple of Antoni Gaudí.2- Visit the Salou pier. Dating from the 19th century, it was built to shelter fishermen's boats. Later remodelled, it now houses a sculpture by artist Ramon Ferran i Pagès titled Monument to the Fisherman. The walk to the pier is very pleasant, and once there, it is worth seeing how this construction divides Ponent and Llevant beaches.
