Great stay with Grand View
We stayed with Grand Road in downtown Salt Lake City for one week, July 4-11, 2025. Booking through Vrbo was simple and the pictures and description of the unit were very accurate. The owners were very communicative and and responded quickly to any questions we had. They supplied us with a pdf before arrival with instructions on how to access the building and parking garage, and information on the apartment, building amenities, and local attractions. The apartment was spotless, had nice furniture, and was nicely appointed with everything we needed. The owners even provide beach towels (for the pool), dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, olive oil, and salt and pepper grinders. The building overall is well-maintained and clean, and offers a fitness room, outdoor pool and hot tub, outdoor games area, automated convenience store, and a club room with kitchen, billiards table, and poker table. The location is excellent as well, within an easy walk of restaurants, bars, and clubs, the Gallivan Center (we caught a free outdoor big band concert with community dance lessons one evening), the city's tram lines, the stunning Salt Lake City Public Library, the State Capitol Building, Temple Square, and the City Creek shopping mall. We enjoyed our stay and recommend Grand Road very highly.
