Spacious, Two Bedroom Condo at the Center of the Crystal Coast

Kitchen is fully equipped, with plans to be updated in the near future, and includes a dishwasher (as well as a washer & dryer). Master bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 bunk beds: Queen/Extra-Long Twin & Twin/Twin. A 6 person kitchen table, along with 4 stools at the large island, affords plenty of room for eating, games, and puzzles. Private balcony holds a 6 person table for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sounds of the ocean.
3 smart TVs (living room TV also has cable) and high speed WiFi Internet. Coded keypad for keyless entry. Less than a 2 minute walk from the door to the sand.
Remodeled master bathroom (2023)
NO SMOKING. NO PETS.
Linens are included. (i.e. - sheets/pillowcases, bath towels & washcloths, bath mats, and kitchen towels & rags.) The linens will be in a bag at the front door upon arrival. Also, beds have pillows, blankets, and comforters.
Rents Sunday to Sunday prime season (prime season runs from approx. the second week in June thru the second week in August).

Colony by the Sea is a family-friendly complex with a quiet beach. It is conveniently situated in the middle of the island - 15 mins from both Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Pool, hot tub, charcoal grills, picnic area, and elevators are all on-site for guest use.

We only stayed here for 3 nights in October. It rained the whole time but we really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was great and instructions for check in and check out were clear. It is very clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Access to the beach was easy. The place was clean and the host was easily reachable for questions or concerns. This was our second stay and we will come back again. Just love the area of the beach and the condo unit.

This was our second time staying at the property, and we have thoroughly enjoyed it both times! The location can't be beat and the amenities are nice. We used the pool and yard games on the property every day. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

This was my second stay at this condo. We have always loved this location. Our family has been coming here for over 20 years. Will probably return in summers to come! Hurricane Erin added a bit of edge to our stay. The waves were amazing!

Our stay in Salter Path was everything we hoped for and more! The property exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and clearly well cared for. The private beach access was the icing on the cake—so easy, peaceful, and perfect for our family to enjoy without the crowds. We felt like we had our own little coastal retreat. This condo had everything we could have wanted. The kids had their own bathroom, and the whole place was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, with all of the appliances in good working order. The kids loved being able to switch back-and-forth between the beach and the pool. The beach was literally just down a flight of stairs at the end of the walkway. We could hardly ask for a better home base for our vacation. Highly recommended!

Great Complex

Great complex with several amenities right on the beach. Pool, hot tub, ping pong and lawn games. The condo was clean and spacious. Note that you need to make the beds upon arrival and even for weekend stays, bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc.
