The guest will receive the property clean for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us)

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Guests must comply with the Internal Regulations and rules for using the common areas.
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest or any difficulties with check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
- We provide guests with an allowance of 18 kWh of energy per day. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if you exceed it, we will charge the excess after check-out, at the rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
