Uma maçã podre estragou tudo!! Depois de voltar de um passeio turístico ontem à noite, o rapaz da recepção me perguntou se eu era hóspede. Eu disse que sim e dei o número do meu quarto. Ele continuou a me questionar e chegou a puxar minha reserva, olhar minha documentação e questionar meu afilhado, que era hóspede registrado. Perguntei se ele fazia isso com todos os hóspedes e ele simplesmente levantou a mão e disse "espere". Momentos depois, ele disse "tudo bem". Perguntei novamente se ele interrogava todos os hóspedes daquele jeito. Havia outros no saguão e ele foi completamente antiprofissional depois de eu já estar lá por 4 dias!! Ele sozinho arruinou o que de outra forma seriam férias agradáveis. Porto Salvador perdeu um bom cliente. Espero que ninguém mais passe por esse nível de humilhação.

Uma ótima opção na barra.

O hotel cumpre com o proposto, bom e barato. Os quartos são limpos (fiquei nos standart), organizados, o café da manhã bem servido, apesar de poucas variedades, tudo que tinha estava bom. Funcionários gentis e educados.

Boa opção para quem vem Turistar

Hotel excelente para que vem para turistas com localização quase que em frente à praia da Barra e poucos passos do Farol da Barra. Cama e travesseiros bons, mas faltou algumas cobertas no quarto. Banheiro pequeno e Wi-Fi fraco no quarto 02. Possui alguns quartos com acesso apenas por escada e para quem tem dificuldade de acesso é bom buscar os que tem acesso pelo elevador. Café da manhã bom com variedade de pães, ovos, frutas etc. Super recomendo e voltaria com certeza.

1 Stern für das super freundliche Personal & nochmals 1 stern für das gute Frühstück! Das Zimmer war eine katastropfe. das badezimmer war wortwörlich voll mit schimmel & ein pbler geruch im ganzen zimmer der nicht zum aushalten war. Sir konnten zum glück das zimmer wechseln dank dem zuvorkommenden mitarbeiter, das zweite zimmer war okey, es war ständig extrem feucht, nichts was man aufgehangen hat, ist richtig trocken geworden & dia ganze kleidung hat den gestank angenommen. Leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Ótima localização, equipe maravilhosa, café da manhã variado. Como choveu muito em um dia e tivemos que ficar mais horas no quarto a TV deixou a desejar, pois só tinha 6 canais abertos.

O quarto era bom, bem espaçoso, o banheiro ok, chuveiro e privada bons. Café da manhã gostoso, mas sem muitas variedades. O único probleminha é que apareceu uma barata no banheiro, mas depois não apareceu mais.

Ótima estadia

Pegamos apenas uma diária que poderia ser facilmente ampliada para mais dias. Pois, o hotel é bem localizado na praia do Porta da Barra, com quarto amplo e com varanda, a qual consegue ver a praia. Café da manhã muito bom. Atendimento ótimo.
