Very nice in the center og Samsun. Sea-view, good comfort and excelent breakfast. They offer that I could park my motorbike in the basement og the hotel😊

I would like to thank the hotel staff for their hospitality and excellent service. The room was clean and got everything we need. If you want to walk to the beach from the hotel - this place is not your choice. This hotel is more nearer to harbor

Hotel in central position in Samsun. At the moment there are works in the area, and streets are a bit congested, but hotel is reacheable. I had a spacious room wit view on two sides. Room was very good, clean, and quiet. The hotel is in a strategic position, with shops and restaurants at walking distance The added value, in my case, was the reception personnel. They were kind and efficient, and went well beyond their duties in helping me with a problem I had. Thank you guys. Overall satisfied with my stay in this hotel.

Sehr zentral alles fussläufig erreichbar. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Zimmer sind groß und angenehm und sauber. Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann ist die Dusche nicht besonders sauber und etwas Schimmel. Aber sonst alles top Frühstück ist sehr gut viel Auswahl.

Good hotel

I came at about 3:00 am, the receptionist guy came outside and helped with loggige to bring to our room. The location is one of the best in Samsun. The room was clean, the mattress quite comfortable, there were stains on the carpet. Hygiene products, such as shampoo and shower gel, were not enough for 2 people, cleaning done every day, towels changed every day. The refrigerator in the room wasn't working, and after we asked them to fix it, they put in a new one, but it didn't work either. The breakfast was very good, everything delicious and varied.

Lobi hizmetleri aşırı hızlı, çalışanlar çok dakik ve saygılı. check in çok hızlı. Restorandakiler de aynı şekilde. Kahvaltı çok büyük ve leziz. Her yer temiz. Sadece otel eski, eşyalar eski. Tabii çalışan klimayı değiştirmelerine gerek yok ama odadaki halıları değiştirebilirler. Yine de genel olarak gayet temizdi. Wifi bağlanmadı, lobi de yardımcı olamadı. wifi kullanamamak sıkıntıydı.

Jederzeit gerne wieder. Wir sind verwöhnt worden

Wir haben selten so freundliches Personal gefunden, das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich reichhaltig und frisch. Das Zimmer riesig und komfortabel. Alles blitzsauber. Auch unsere Wäsche von einer Woche unterwegs wurde in einem halben Tag gewaschen und gebügelt. Leider müssen wir einen einzigen Verbesserungsvorschlag machen: das Zimmer ist zwar super sauber, aber der Teppichboden ist sehr fleckig und sieht unhygienisch aus. Dasselbe gilt für die Badewanne: sie müsste Hochdruck gereinigt und die Silikondichtung erneuert werden. Vielen Dank. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
