The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Samtens. Here it is rather quiet and secluded, yet everything you need is close by, for example: a doctor, the post office, EC machines, several shopping facilities, a bus stop, a railway station, a motorway connection, active sports facilities and also culinary delights are available within a radius of approx. 2500m.
Cottage with terrace and meadowThe cottage, renovated in 2020, is simply and functionally furnished.the cottage is equipped with everyday things, nothing should be missing here.bed linen and towels are included in the equipment.the television reception is via satellite, so all common channels, except pay TV, are available.the W-LAN is available free of charge but not particularly fast, you drive better with LTE on your own mobile phone.
House rulesGeneralIf you miss anything in the house or if you need help, please contact us. All items in the holiday home or on the terrace may and should be used by guests. Please treat the entire furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rental property with care.kitchenPlease treat the kitchen equipment and technical appliances with care. As no one likes a dirty kitchen, please only put crockery, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or worktop without a trivet. Always use a chopping board as a base for cutting.TerraceWhen leaving the terrace and/or the property, the sunshade must be retracted and the seat cushions put away in the little house. Please do not open the parasol in strong winds.BathroomPlease do not dispose of leftover food or toiletries in the toilet or sink. Use the bins provided for this purpose! Towels are part of the house equipment and should stay there. They have no place on the beach!VentilationTo avoid the formation of mould, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering.SmokingSmoking is not permitted in the holiday home. Please leave the holiday home when smoking. Please dispose of the completely cooled cigarette remains in the rubbish bin.PetsPets are allowed by arrangement and are welcome. However, dogs should not be allowed to run around unattended. Faeces must be picked up and digging is not permitted. No matter how much you love your four-legged friend, he has no business in bed or on the couch.Internet/WLANThe house has free WLAN which is limited to surf & mail.Quiet timesIn the interest of good neighbourliness, we ask you to observe the public rest periods such as midday, night and Sunday rest. Out of consideration, quiet should also be maintained in the holiday home itself between 22:00 and 7:00.CleaningIf you have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to remove it immediately.Domestic authorityIn special cases or in the event of immediately necessary repairs, it may be essential for the landlord to enter the house without the guest's knowledge.DamageNo one damages things on purpose, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be pleased if you would inform us of any damage that has occurred so that we do not have to wait until after your departure to discover it during the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damage to the amount of the replacement costs.duty of careWe ask our guests to treat the rented property with care. The entrance door should always be closed and locked with a key when leaving the house. All windows must also be closed when leaving the house to avoid possible damage caused by storms or burglary. Water and electricity resources should be used sparingly. Do not move furniture and the interior of the cottage outside or use it outdoors. In general, avoid rearranging inventory.keysPlease never give the keys out of your hand. Any loss of keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.LiabilityThe landlord is not liable for valuables belonging to the guest(s).DepartureOn the day of departure, please leave the holiday home by 10:00 am at the latest. Crockery and cutlery must be washed up and the premises must be left swept clean.
