"The staff here are always excellent. From the moment you arrive, the reception staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful, the concierge guys are always there looking to help as well and always quick to attend to any problems and the maids do a great job in the rooms. The rooms are fabulous with great views and the top floor pool is a delight. Also, the German restaurant on the ground floor is also excellent with great staff and a good variety of food and you get a 10% discount with your key card from the hotel. Also there is free parking right across the road. I have been here 6-7 times now...for a reason. It's good. One message to the management - give the staff a pay rise. "I have stayed here many times now, the transfer, if booked, is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and come with fridge, water, kettle etc, safe. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast had enough choice for me and the Thai food is good. The swimming pool is a nice place to cool off after the last minute shopping in Robinsons which is next door. I have already booked my next stay."

"Things we liked. View over the river from our room. The breakfast was amazing (probably best we’ve experienced in all our travels). Watching fireworks sitting at the Long Bar. The location. The pool. The staff are incredible. The shuttle to Icon Siam. And although not part of the hotel, a beer and food at Jack’s Bar next door! There was absolutely nothing not to like. Superb hotel."
